Many people do not quit their full time job in Corporate America for an unpaid internship for six months. Aaron Arnold's bold steps to pursue his passion landed him at Bad Boy Records led by music icon Sean "Diddy" Combs. For several months he served as an intern learning the entrepreneurial, creative and production side of the music business. After completing his internship, Aaron then served as an unpaid assistant for a year. His determination to learn the business of music paid off as he launched his own venture "MusicIsMyBusiness".

Not quite 30 years old, Aaron's academic and entrepreneurial success has grabbed the attention of the media and young people across the globe. Aaron has been in Black Enterprise Magazine and on CNN. His incredible story has him traveling the U.S. empowering and elevating the minds of music executives, technology gurus and college students. His powerful message and past experiences are an inspiration to everyone who ever took a risk for something they believed they were put on this earth to accomplish.
