Born in Cleveland, Ohio to a 17 year old mother and a drug addicted father, Terré's journey began with many obstacles. In time, she learned how to navigate through life and overcome the hurdles that stood in her way. She worked diligently to not allow her humble start, to be the beginning and ending of her life story, but instead, she created a counter narrative.

Today, she is an award-winning speaker, educator and author. She has been teaching for over 15 years, focusing on leadership development, women empowerment, and self-expression through the performing arts. She delivers a high packed, interactive presentation to sales professionals, entitled, If Your Why Doesn't Make You Cry, It Ain't Big Enough! She also has a signature presentation entitled, The Power of Forgiveness.

Terré has worked with a variety of colleges and universities, corporations, groups, and people from all walks of life. Terre' is a former professor at Columbia College Chicago and a member of the National Speakers Association. She currently teaches and lives in Abu Dhabi, the United Arab Emirates, where she is making history by educating the children of this country, while building her international speaking platform. She is a woman who has devoted her life and her life's work to developing and uplifting people around the globe.
